How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. You can start with the strips alone, so you don't have to open everything at once to qualify.
Will the mouth tape feel uncomfortable or claustrophobic?
It is light and made for nose breathing, not for sealing your mouth shut. It peels off easily. Wear it on its own for a few nights first to get used to the feeling, then add the strips.
Can I wear the 3D sleep mask with the nasal strips?
Yes. The mask is contoured to sit away from the nose, so it rests over the strips without pressing on them. You can wear all three together.
How long does one kit last?
Each bundle lists the nights it covers. Strips and tape are used one set per sleeper per night. The 3D sleep mask is reusable: wash it and keep using it after the strips and tape run out.
