How to use
- Wash and dry your nose so the strip sticks well. Skip oily creams that evening.
- Peel the backing and center the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of the nostrils.
- Press along the full length for a few seconds so both ends hold.
- Remove it slowly in the morning. Follow the instructions on the pack if they differ.
