How to use
- Try the mouth tape for a few minutes while you are awake first. Make sure you can breathe easily through your nose.
- Wash and dry your nose, then center a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose just above the nostrils.
- Place one mouth tape across your closed lips if you have no breathing concerns, then put on the mask.
- In the morning, peel the strip and tape away slowly. Wash the mask by hand when it needs it.
