How to use
- Try it for a few minutes while you are awake first. Make sure you can breathe easily through your nose.
- Dry your lips, then place one strip across the closed lips, centered.
- Settle in and breathe through your nose. Take it off right away if it feels uncomfortable.
- Peel it away slowly in the morning, from one corner.
