How to use
- Try the mouth tape for a few minutes while you are awake first. Make sure you can breathe easily through your nose.
- Wash and dry your nose, then center a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose just above the nostrils.
- Place one mouth tape across your closed lips if you have no breathing concerns.
- Peel both away slowly in the morning. Remove the tape right away if it feels uncomfortable.
